One of the most important aspects of learning the guitar is that the instrument actually fits you and is comfortable to play, like buying a pair of shoes, one of the reasons a lot of people give up is the Guitar isn’t comfortable to play.

It’s a misconception that the Guitar you learn on needs to be the cheapest one available, what it needs to be is the best you can afford, a good well built guitar will be nice to play and you will always want to pick it up, it will be a pleasure to learn on but it has to fit properly and that is achievable for not as much as you might think, some of the guitars we have available to try cost us, second-hand, less than £50.

A Guitar just isn’t a monetary investment it’s a personal investment, you need to make time for it, to want to play it and why buy something that you don’t enjoy using plus if you do ever decide it’s not for you at least you’ll have something to pass on or recoup most of your monies, if you buy right, first time.

At INDY we have several types of Acoustic Guitars for you to come and try, as we don’t need to sell you a Guitar there is no bias or reason to point you to something you don’t need, it’s a simple process, come and see us and just let us know that you want to learn to play the Guitar and want to try some, that’s it.
