Family EKO
Eko Ranger VI needs some TLC.
Eko Ranger VI, bought in 1982 for £12 from a work colleague at HMV in Manchester.
Been in the family ever since but needed some love and attention.
Reverse of Headstock
Trial fitting of Wilkinson Deluxe Machine Heads.
Machine Head Renewal.
Out with the old and fitting the new Wilkinson Deluxe Machine Heads.
Bridge now looks like a Bridge, complete with new Strings.
I need a flint for my Clipper so had to replace with real Pegs.
Old scars with new Machine Heads.
The new gold Machine Heads suit the EKO better, I think.
EKO Ranger VI Finished.
It's ready for another 40yrs of ab/use.
This was the first Guitar I played, and shared with my younger brother, he played it right handed and I played it upside down, I only lasted a few months though but my brother kept it and still owns it today. (2024)
